Cultivate Our Youth (COY) is Infinite Wave Foundation’s flagship youth development program, designed to provide practical education, mentorship, and real-world experiences that prepare young people for the future.
COY is a structured youth development program that equips young people with essential life skills through education, mentorship, and hands-on learning.
The program is designed to support youth in developing financial literacy, leadership ability, personal growth, and real-world readiness through a progressive learning pathway.
COY brings together industry professionals, educators, and community partners to deliver practical knowledge that is often not taught in traditional learning environments.
