Cultivate Our Youth (COY) is a structured youth development program that equips young people with essential life skills through education, mentorship, and hands-on learning.
The program is designed to support youth in developing financial literacy, leadership ability, personal growth, and real-world readiness through a progressive learning pathway.
COY brings together industry professionals, educators, and community partners to deliver practical knowledge that is often not taught in traditional learning environments.

Cultivate Our Youth supports young people at different stages of growth, ensuring learning is age-appropriate and progressively builds over time.
➥ Discovery Phase (Ages 7–12):
Introduction to foundational life skills, early financial awareness, teamwork, and confidence-building.
➥ Development Phase (Ages 13–17):
Practical financial literacy, leadership development, entrepreneurship exposure, and career awareness.
➥ Delivery Phase (Ages 18–24):
Application of advanced skills through real-world experiences, financial decision-making, and career readiness.

Cultivate Our Youth is built on key areas of development that work together to support the growth of well-rounded, capable young individuals.

Participants explore how to create opportunities, develop business ideas, and understand value, income generation, and problem-solving.

Youth build confidence, communication skills, responsibility, and the ability to lead themselves and others.

Youth gain exposure to real-world career pathways, workplace expectations, and professional skills. Participants learn how to prepare for employment, explore different industries, and build confidence in navigating future opportunities.

Youth learn about environmental responsibility, food systems, and sustainable practices through hands-on experiences.

Participants are introduced to problem-solving, innovation, and real-world applications of science and technology.

The program supports emotional wellbeing, resilience, self-awareness, and healthy habits that contribute to long-term personal development.

This platform provides access to lessons in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, mindset, and career readiness, allowing participants to continue learning beyond in-person sessions.
The digital component is designed to:
reinforce key concepts introduced in workshops
provide flexible, self-paced learning opportunities
support different learning styles and progression levels
create consistency across program delivery
This evolving initiative strengthens program delivery while allowing COY to scale its impact.
