Position Overview:
The Volunteers Manager will lead the recruitment, training, and coordination of Infinite Wave Foundation’s volunteer team. This role is essential for ensuring that volunteers are effectively supported and motivated to contribute to our mission of youth empowerment and sustainable community development.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruit and Onboard Volunteers

   • Develop recruitment strategies and conduct interviews to bring new volunteers onboard.

   • Build connections with local organizations to increase volunteer engagement.

2. Train and Support Volunteers

   • Organize training sessions to prepare volunteers for their roles.

   • Provide ongoing guidance and ensure volunteers feel supported.

3. Coordinate and Schedule Volunteers

   • Manage volunteer schedules and assign tasks to meet program needs.

   • Track volunteer skills and interests to ensure a good fit for roles.

4. Recognize and Retain Volunteers

   • Plan volunteer appreciation events and recognition initiatives.

   • Gather feedback to improve the volunteer experience and boost retention.

The Partnership and Events Manager will build relationships with strategic partners and manage event planning to support Infinite Wave Foundation’s outreach and fundraising efforts. This role plays a crucial part in organizing impactful events and securing in-kind donations and sponsorships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with businesses, organizations, and community leaders.

• Plan and execute events, including the annual gala, fundraising drives, and community engagements.

• Coordinate sponsorship packages and manage sponsor relations.

• Track and evaluate event outcomes to inform future planning.

Qualifications:

• Experience in event planning, partnership development, or nonprofit outreach.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
