We're creating a world where all individuals; regardless of age, race, ability, accessibility, newcomer or circumstance; have access to opportunities that empower them to rise. While Cultivate Our Youth Program is our flagship initiative, we are building a suite of complementary programs rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and economic empowerment. 

Programs:

• Cultivate Our Youth (COY): A holistic youth development program focused on financial literacy, agriculture, leadership, entrepreneurship, STEMs, and healing.

• Meals Movement (MM): A community-led food distribution initiative serving vulnerable populations with dignity and care.

• Wellness Warriors (WW): Trauma-informed wellness support for youth, veterans & underserved community members. 

• Farm to Families (F2F): Connecting food production to food access through regenerative farming.

• Rebuild Hope (RH): Delivering urgent relief in the wake of disaster; bringing hope to families as they recover, rebuild, & restore their homes & lives.  Community rebuilding partnership initiative. Initiative: Hope For Jamaica

• A Christmas to Remember (C2R): Seasonal community initiative, providing food, essentials, and moments of care during the holiday season.
