With 6-9 years devoted to expertly managing livestock in Jamaica, Renardo honed his skills in sustainable farming, specializing in the care of chickens and goats. His hands-on experience laid a robust foundation for his passion for agricultural education and community empowerment.

Renardo’s distinguished 16-year military career in the US, which included service in combat zones, forged his leadership and resilience. These experiences prepared him for the challenges of organizational leadership and community development, instilling in him a deep sense of duty and commitment to service.

Beyond his agricultural and military endeavors, he successfully managed a mushroom farm, showcasing their adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit amidst adversity.  Renardo is a dedicated philanthropist. He actively supports vulnerable populations by donating food to homeless shelters, embodying his belief in compassionate community engagement.
