Jaimie Aragon Edwards is a passionate advocate for empowering at-risk youth and fostering sustainable community development. Her journey to co-founding and directing Infinite Wave Foundation stems from a deeply personal experience growing up in challenging circumstances, where resilience and determination became her guiding principles.

Born into a family facing food insecurities and financial struggles, Jaimie navigated early hardships that shaped her commitment to creating positive change. As a teenager, she faced pivotal moments that could have steered her life in different directions. It was through her encounters with four government programs for at-risk youth (TAKE CHARGE focused on personal development; FOCUS YWCA focused on single mothers, building skills and finishing school; BYRC provided a 6-month Counselling Certificate program with a 2-week practicum as a peer support worker; and Cook Studio Cafe) that Jaimie discovered her potential to overcome adversity and harness her strengths for greater impact.

Jaimie's educational journey includes certificates in counselling and life coaching, complementing her deep-seated desire to support others in their personal growth journeys. Her entrepreneurial experience dates back to 2005, where she honed her skills and built a vast business team, generating over $1,000,000 USD in annual revenue in less than three years.

Passionate about creating systems that empower and uplift, Jaimie brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Director at Infinite Wave Foundation. Here, she leads initiatives to equip marginalized youth with essential business skills and entrepreneurial acumen, fostering innovation and sustainable livelihoods within communities.
