Abiodun Olaiya

"Abbey", Abiodun Olaiya brings over 15 years of corporate leadership and stakeholder management experience across diverse sectors, with a strong track record as a Director of Projects, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Project Manager. Holding an MBA and PMP designation, he has developed expertise in strategic planning, financial management, policy development, human resources, and procurement, while successfully leading business cases and cost-benefit analyses to align strategy with organizational needs. Passionate about community transformation and human development, Abiodun has volunteered through church-led initiatives focused on community cleanups and financial literacy education, and most recently facilitated the 2025 Summer Cohort of the Cultivate Our Youth Financial Literacy Program. Beyond his professional and community work, he enjoys playing golf and is motivated by a commitment to using his financial expertise to deliver impactful solutions that support the growth and empowerment of the communities Infinite Wave Foundation serves.
