With experience as a Mortgage Broker, Financial Advisor, and Operations Manager, she has developed strong expertise in leadership, team development, process improvement, and financial oversight. Her professional experience is complemented by a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.

Beyond her career in finance and operations, Riley has a longstanding commitment to mentorship and community development through the arts. As a Dance Instructor, Coordinator, and former dance team captain, she has guided and inspired individuals of all ages while fostering confidence, teamwork, and leadership. Her combination of operational expertise, creativity, and people-centered leadership supports Infinite Wave Foundation's mission to build sustainable programs that empower youth and strengthen communities.
