Renardo Edwards

Renardo Edwards is a veteran, entrepreneur, and community leader with a diverse background in agriculture, business development, and strategic leadership. Raised with a strong connection to farming in Jamaica, he spent nearly a decade managing livestock operations, developing hands-on expertise in sustainable agriculture and food production. His 16-year military career, including service in combat zones, strengthened his leadership, resilience, discipline, and strategic decision-making skills, qualities that continue to guide his work in community development and organizational leadership.

With more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, sales, and business development, Renardo has built and mentored a network of over 900 business builders and helped generate more than $1 million USD in business growth within three years. He has also operated an agricultural ventures, including a mushroom farm, and remains committed to giving back through philanthropy and community service. Holding certifications from UBC Sauder School of Business and studies in psychology, Renardo combines business acumen with a deep understanding of people and leadership. As President and Co-Founder of Infinite Wave Foundation, he is dedicated to empowering youth, advancing sustainable economic development, and creating lasting community impact.
