Jaimie Aragon Edwards

Jaimie Aragon Edwards is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and community development whose work is rooted in her own lived experience overcoming poverty, food insecurity, and other challenges as an at-risk youth. Through participation in several youth development and support programs, she discovered the transformative power of mentorship, education, and opportunity. These experiences inspired her commitment to helping others break cycles of adversity and reach their full potential. She holds certifications in counselling and life coaching and brings a strong foundation in personal development, leadership, and community engagement.

With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, team development, and business mentorship experience, Jaimie has built and led high-performing teams while championing financial literacy, leadership development, and personal growth. As Vice President and Director of Infinite Wave Foundation, she helps design and lead impactful programs that equip youth, single parents, and underserved communities with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to succeed. Her expertise in strategic planning, program development, and partnership building supports the Foundation's mission to create sustainable pathways to education, employment, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.
