Nieva Isusius

Nieva Isusius serves as the Director of Funding & Development for Infinite Wave Foundation, leveraging her extensive expertise in leadership, financial management, and strategic planning. As the co-founder of PelionMark Restoration Ltd, Imprimiss Production Ltd, and Strajamax Ltd, Nieva has built and led multiple successful teams, mentoring over 800 individuals throughout her career. 

A certified professional from UBC Sauder School of Business with degrees from Emily Carr University of Art and Design and Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Nieva combines her entrepreneurial spirit with a deep commitment to social impact. Her passion for mentorship and empowerment fuels her mission to build programs that address food scarcity, mental health, and accessible education, fostering social change and compassion.

Nieva’s philanthropic contributions include fundraising for Sunshine Kids and Ronald McDonald House Vancouver, and collecting donations for Sophie’s Place and Surrey Women’s Centre Society. With Infinite Wave Foundation, she envisions creating a ripple effect of positive change through transformative programs that inspire future leaders. An avid lifelong learner and motorcyclist, Nieva finds inspiration in philosophical books, creative pursuits, and connecting with diverse cultures.
